The worst hotel ever. The staff and the manager are so rude. Pathetic. They have hotel policies that make no sense. The staff has no same knowledge about the hotel. They always have an excuse lined up to every cause. They will defend themselves by saying that their staff is new and they won’t disclose the right information saying that its hotel pilicy. The manager doesn’t tell his name. They will tell u that there are no rooms available despite the fact that the entire two floors are empty. Food ...more

Dirty rooms, horribly unclean washrooms, pathetic service, non responsive staff to customer complaints. Even reception person told us to leave as there is no booking. When we showed Goibibo booking confirmation mail, he said Goibibo must have confirmed you,but we still have not confirmed them, so no booking. We were 5 adults and 2 children in Two rooms but were given total 2 towels to bath with. We made them clean rooms and washrooms and waited till 11PM till they finished. Complimentary newspaper was not served and so on

It was worst to live in anandam resort.washroom is not clean no towels and basic bathing necessities not there,phones not working better to take guest house instead of this resort at lesser rates

AC not working room service and staff respond to complaints after 4-5 hr after complaining 10times view from room is not at all good small room as compared to other hotels at same cost !!

The hotel is located at the start of tapovan area in Rishikesh, one of the best locations you can have. Although you will not have a view from the delux rooms. I think that is saved for the suite they have. The staff is helpful and all the requests for boiling milk bottles (as we were there with kids) were obliged. I stayed over there and my stay was outstanding. Hotel is completely value for money. Every thing was smooth there. facilities are satisfactory. Service was wonderful over there. Hotel is nicely located and easily accessible. Its a very neat and clean property.

I was booked a deluxe for one night. The location is very attractive - laxman jhula is within walkable distance. I am much satisfy about the room- well decorated and furnised. Kind behavoiur of hotelier touch my heart. Room service is very good and quality of food was good . It was so delicious and within budget. Over all 5 star rating for this hotel.
