pl do not recommend or refer hotel because of poor inventory management, less rooms (only room), located in the congested space, no lift to check-in at third floor, unaware staff about booking done ..., customer has to follow up with vendors despite of booking to confirm with hotel- hotel guys will not cooperate on this, etc

Entry is horrible. Intercom is not working. TV is not working. free internet is too slow that a web page is not opening. hotel staffs are refusing to change the room. I don't know this **** Appayan hotel....

It's a nice hotel in Malda. Budget hotel. Rooms are clean. Stuff behaviour is very good. Only one thing I want to add which is double bed are is small. Otherwise hotel is good.

Hotels lacks lift, and is situated at 3rd floor. Breakfast options are very limited. Rooms are good and up to date with best facilities.
