it was very worst experience. ambience was good and the service was very worst. room service and restaurant service was very worst. we haven't experienced this kind of worst experience in any other stay. the worst people i have met in this stay are komala, vinoth and mohan such a rude behaviour and their hospitality was very very worst. check in time was 2pm but we received our room by only 4pm. we booked a stay for relaxation but it became a very stressful stay. i asked milk for my baby at 7.30 pm but they gave me around 12 am (midnight) by that time my baby slept. i will not recommend this kind of stay.

The resort and rooms looks good, but the location is remote and the one way road take to the resort scarily narrow. service was very poor. Room service like food, water and house keeping like towels were not at all delivered in spite of several follow-ups. The restaurant food was expensive but not tasty and very minimal choices. There were no extra engagements or fun activities available. Overall the hospitality was lacking completely.

it was a nice stay but felt few things which could be improved 1. food items in la carte menu is limited and going out for food is quite tough as hotel is located very far 2. there is no view from hotel, which is the main thing we go to hill station 3. pool is not clean. leaves and insects where there which is not good considering the quality these days

Hospitality & Reception Staff – The reception team did not provide the level of support and warmth I expected. A more welcoming and proactive approach would greatly enhance the guest experience. Food Quality – The dining options fell short of expectations. Improving the variety, freshness, and presentation of meals would make a significant difference.
