The hotel/guest house is in Hampi village, near to Virupaksha Temple. This guest house consist of 2-3 nearby houses and is run by a family. It also has its own small canteen but there's no complimentary breakfast & food items are very costly. The non ac room we have stayed was small , having 1 double bed & a chair. The bathroom & toilet are shared between other two rooms. As compared to the charges we've paid (Rs. **/- for 24 hrs) , the room was not worth it. The high room rates were due to Christmas holidays as claimed by the owner. The Pros: 1. Proximity to Hampi sites 2. Hot Water for bath 3. Free WiFi The Cons: 1. High Room Rent (still OK as compared to others) 2. No Complementary Breakfast 3. Canteen/Restaurant item prices are very high (go for nearby small restaurants)

First of all this is not a river view. They have two home stays(guest houses) opposite to each other. As per my understanding They will give river front guest house if you are a foreiner(not from india). I made a call to the guest house guy about attached bathroom and went with booking,but it will not work all the time. Overall it is not worth the money spent on this booking. But you find any disturbances(only for this i am giving 3 stars)

They have very small rooms. Matress and pillow are of low quality. Bedsheet was were very old and dirty. Towels were also old and dirty. Floor is very old styled tile. No stand to keep mobile for charging. Cafeteria was not much clean. Only a double bed is occupying full space. If one extra mattress will be kept on the floor then there will be no space to walk to bathroom. I feel the rooms way too much high priced.

The river view from the restaurant is beautiful. But the room and bathroom is not clean enough. The paint on the ceiling is peeling. And the bathroom window is open so anyone can see you in the bathroom from the nearby stairs to the terrace.

Value for money. Cheap rate.room and Bathroom not clean. If you eating same restaurant they didn't give water. Because they want to sell their mineral water. We ordered lemon rice but they give us yellow rice.

Wonderful guesthouse with great value. Host is really kind and the food in their restaurant is very tasty, diverse and affordable! And you have a great view of the river, too. Highly recommended!

The rooms are very small and not airy. The guest house is next to gutter. The place is stinky. I think its not worth to stay there. I suggest one to stay in hospete and visit Hampi from there.

Overall Good . Owner is really good. If you are travelling as Solo trip its good place to stay. By walk you can reach to main temple and main hills for sun raise and sunset hippiee Island.

Hospitality was great, food was good. Staff was very nice. Little small rooms but then at such places you are mostly outside so wasn't a big problem. River view diner was amazing

Please don't book this hotel. The room smells bad. Bad bathroom amenities. The wash basin pipe was left open in bathroom. Rooms are just too small. Certainly not value for money

Nothing great about this place. Stay here if it is only your last option at Hampi. The room is decent but the bathrooms are bad. Not worth the money charged by this Home stay.
