I recently stayed at Archvilla , had a good experience. Room is well maintained , with common area and dining also in common area Room have all basic amenities including AC, TV Room is at a walkable distance from Technopark Phase 1 making it a good spot for corporate stays. Peacefull atmosphere , and have a beautiful garden.. it's in a residential area making it peaceful from Technopark traffic Room is in walkable distance to Kazhakoottam town as well Property have good parking space as well. Wifi speed is good for work environment A caretaker is available at property who is ready to help at anytime For food options ..near by there are few restuarents and food delivery options like Swiggy is available. Overall a peaceful , decent experience , a good stay option in Kazhakoottam with an affordable price

Archrose villa is a perfect match for someone who would like to stay away from typical hotel kind of accomodation. Well maintained rooms with high speed internet and TV enabled with Netflix and Prime . I really enjoyed my stay here . Budget friendly homestay with all star hotel facilities( hot water in bathroom ,electric kettle and tea bags etc) . Caretaker is available 24*7 and he is very polite and really helpful guy. 10 min walk from Kazhakootam .Easy the find the palce as they kept sign boards through out the streets . homely atmosphere

I have booked three rooms here. I will give the pros and cons. Pros : All the rooms are neat and clean. you have a neat space for parking your car. But there is a narrow road to this property from the main road. So, carefully drive the car. Near to kazhakkootam town, less than 1 km. The person assisted here in this property was nice. Cons: Toilet facilities are need to be improve.

The room was really good and so was the hospitality of the family. We felt really comfortable in here and strongly recommend this homestay to families. We booked two bedrooms and there were six of us, including two kids aged 2 and 4. We all had a good time here.
