I went to hotel and a person tells me that we actually don't give hotel to single person but it's okay as you booked online. Further a young person took me to the room, turns on the single light, switches on AC and moved on, I asked hey dear where's is the key?? he tells me aise hi band kar dena and goes away. I checked bathroom but no lights were actually working. it was like bhoot bangla. I had no choice at 11 pm in the night hence decided to sleep keeping single light on but realized that AC works but only for noise but no cooling at all. I can't even tell you how did I spend my night there. Have a good bad times to them too....

checked out..👍🏻 1) booked deluxe non ac room with queen bed, but the provided normal bed. they seen the pdf tickets too. even though it happened. 2) bathroom was with 0 cleanliness. i told to clean the same but they avoided. 3) door keys not provided.

Hotel Aryan staff are polite and very helpful. The hotel was clean and well maintained. The room and washroom that we got was clean and decorated. We had a good stay. Thank you.

worst experience. lack of cleaning. no ventilation in bathroom. rooms are smelly. And the worst part is staff even don't care about cutomers inconvenience. rating 0/5
