Lovely staff! The first time ever for counselling session made it impossible to get a room else where and finally when we did land one, it was here downtown! The staff was what dreams are made of, esp the reception incharge, Mr.Harish and the lovely Anna who's the house help and brings you whatever you possibly ask for. I'd say the double room is ideal when you're travelling alone and so is the staff cause they will make you feel like you're being taken care even though you arrived solo!

A great hotel! I stayed here several times mostly because the staff is very caring. A big salute to the management for employing such a wonderful team of staff. The location is very good (close to KMC and bus station), the rate is modest, and the facilities are nice. Without any doubt I can recommend Ashlesh as the first choice in Manipal.

Nice hotel very close to MIT. Bed of queen size difficult to accomodate child but they give extra bed with no cost. Friendly staff
