1. No hot water was awailable and they didn't mention that we have to ask them for hot water if it don't come in the tap. Later when asked for the next day they mentioned this. He told it's your responsibility not ours! 2. Any food you've including water is not good and they charge double for everything and anything. 3. We book a hotel to stay there and we pay for the same.. they had not given us clean room initially and we got it cleaned later which is intolerant. And when we are using the bed, it is common that dirt happens and for the same we have already paid including tax. But this person charged extra ₹650/- for dirt on the double cot bedspread and humiliated us 4-5 times in front of other travelers which is again never ever tolerated. This is inhumane. 4. The person or owner always used to come and peep inside the room and us also... This is so ridiculous and irritating..

1) Excellent location 2) Mountain View, River View 3) Good hospitality 4) Neat and clean room 5) 24*7 hot water 6) Good home food Owner is very nice and friendly, you will feel at home. Food is good and hygienic. Even owner had the same food. Good parking facilities. All basic amenities available. Overall good experience. Would recommend to others if looking for budget hotels.

The hotel is ideally located en route to Yamunothri. The main attraction of the hotel is the panoramic view of the holy Yamuna river and hilly background. The staff members are very polite and helpful. The share good things around the place. They are very good attitude towards tourist. I think they run the hotel with a humanitarian ideology Thank you

Very good location in Barkot, if you comming from Dehradoon, Mussori route, this Hotel can find Barkot town starting area, rooms are normal, but good balcony, good view,hotel owner Shilender Ji very nice, friendly man. I recommend this hotel.
