Avisa Nila beach resort really suberb..looks very beautiful more then pics. specially in swimming pool in front of beach view looks like very adorable..Room was also simple but awesome and unique ambience..most importat hyegine part is best in all place..Food is very tasty but costly also.. But do not try Chai it was very dangerous.. so try Coffee is good.. So in malvan must visit this place .. costly but worth it.. As couple we like all place in resort like room , chimni The cafe , swimming pool, beach...this place is very calm neat and clean.. also lot of privacy is there. actually when we visited this place almost family is there but still we are comfertable in Avisa and got privacy also..so me and my husband like the most Avisa

We got the last glass cottage from which you could see the ocean. it was amazing. the food here is too extremely good and reasonable. the person who takes care of the kitchen makes things as per your choice making your stay more enjoyable. the housekeeping staff is courteous and always ready to help. specially Annie..(hope I have spelt her name right). I had the opportunity to meet the owners Mrs Gosh. A very sweet lady loved interacting with her. kudos to her for maintaining the property so we'll.Few suggestions which if taken care will make the stay more pleasant. 1. The lizards in the cottage2. Allow swimming only in proper costumes.Thanks we had a lovely holiday.

If you looking for a getaway, with family or friends or just the two of you, this is the perfect place to be in Malwan! Beach touch resort, beautiful view of the beach and sunset view right from your rooms balcony. Food in a bit overpriced, but tasted good. The service was prompt as well.

You should include breakfast in the package which provide to the customers. It is very confusing for the customer to know whether the breakfast is included or not as ideally it is included everywhere else.
