Very bad experience. We stayed there for 1 night, booked 2 rooms altogether. The facilities provided by hotel are not good.we are facing lot of issues. Water facilities is bad. Even for bathing, we didn't get enough water.. Geysers are not working.much smelling, no cleaniness.very very tired to reach hotel with luggage. Average hotel but very height from mall Road. I didn't recommend this hotel to family with kids.

Highly disappointing stay as the amount which I spend was not worthy, there was no service at all rooms were bad and not clean. No food arrangement but parking space was there. The resort is near to Bhimtal lake which is the attractive part.

Location wise it was easily accessible. The ambiance of the property was good. The behavior of the staff was nice. But the services were not so good. Food was also of very poor quality.

wish there was negative rating first of all its not a resort heck i can't even be called a hotel don't choose this you will regret it, and it will ruin your vacation

Resort was very comfortable and the accommodation was good. Location was very pleasant as it was near to many lakes in Nainital. Services were very satisfactory.
