I stayed in this hotel for 2 nights. Honestly, I was very surprised by the cheap price that I paid for the room compared to the room pictures that was displayed. I smelled something foul but decided to go ahead with the booking. After getting into the room, I was shocked to find that the room is even more beautiful than the pictures! It was loaded with features and amenities, which does not justify the low cost the hotel charged me. What surprised me even more is that buffet breakfast was included in that price :O I booked Super Deluxe room and was assigned room# 113. Hotel employees were very friendly and always served me with smile. The bed was nice and comfy. I slept well on both nights. The room was facing the back side of the hotel, which was rented for family parties on both the nights. However, since they closed down by 10pm, I did not face any noise issue at all. Bathroom was well lit, nice and clean. The breakfast was nice. They served idli, dosa, puri, dal, sweets, tea/coffee and cut fruits on both the days. You have the option to get it delivered to your room at no cost. Overall, it is an excellent hotel and next time I visit Malda, I’ll definitely stay here.

"I was here on the 22nd and 23rd of August, and the stay experience was excellent. However, the room service could be a bit better. Otherwise, the property is very beautiful, and it is a great place to spend time. I will definitely recommend it to my acquaintances, and I plan to stay here again next month."

A relatively new hotel, but they need to need to up their maintenance. Our room AC was not cooling adequately and in spite of reporting it, could not be fixed during our stay. The quality of food in the restaurant was average.
