I am an environmental economist, conservationist, researcher, and founder of The Nature People Network, working on community led conservation and landscape restoration across Central India. My work has been internationally featured and recognized for its contribution to grassroots environmental efforts. BaghinDhara is a deeply personal project. I built it not as a conventional resort, but as a forest clarity sanctuary near Kanha -- designed especially for founders, thinkers, and professionals who need space to reset.As a founder myself, I understand burnout, mental clutter, and decision fatigue. So I designed this place around one core principle: protected emptiness. There is no rigid itinerary. Mornings begin with silent, streamside, phone-free walks. Midday is a protected deep rest window -- for reading, thinking, napping, or simply staring at the forest. Evenings unfold slowly with decompression walks, dusk sit-still wildlife watching from your room, and quiet fireplace reflection. A pristine stream flows through the wildlife friendly property, forming a small natural pool. Deer wander freely. Camera traps occasionally reveal tigers, leopards, jungle cat, and smaller carnivores using the nearby property trail at night. Wildlife is observed from stillness -- never chased, never baited. Optional slow rituals are available if you seek gentle engagement: Gond art painting with local artists, pottery workshops using regional clay, goat ranching walks with neighboring shepherds, and camera trap experiences where we review nocturnal footage together. Safaris to Kanha Tiger Reserve are entirely optional, and I personally accompany guests for seamless hosting and ecological interpretation. The architecture itself is built in earth and terracotta for natural cooling and quiet comfort -- understated, intentional, and rooted in the landscape. What I offer is not activity. It is thoughtful hosting, privacy, depth, and space to think clearly again -- in a forest that reminds you what matters. Fun fact? I have a curated jungle food menu that includes dishes made from jungle fruits, seeds, flowers, and plants of Central India!
