pillow covers were dirty.when i asked them to change covers they told,its due to lighting,after argue with them,they changed the cover.no hot water available early morning and excuse was weather is cold.and pillows look like made of torn cloths,they were hard which made neck pain too.no mineral water bottels were given.other guests noice were coming to room and receptionist did nothing to stop them to make noise. overall i dont recommend stay at this hotel.

Good for this price. Some improvements need to be made in the hotel. Washrooms were not that clean, had to get it done by the staff and there was not other staff other than the one who was sitting at the reception. But he did that at one call.
