Balaram Palace Resort

-Staff not cooperative with guest. -Room amenities are not there .. as per their information. -Room refrigerator, dental kit not available even after spent of Rs ..per night for Gold category room. -Only 2 sachet of milk powder, tea bag, coffee and sugar each for per day against twin sharing room. -taking more than 30min for Room Service (even for water jag) -no phone received at housekeeping, room service and even at reception after 11PM -Property locates in GUJARAT and Surprisingly they don’t serve GUJARATI food. -Before check in we confirmed for Gujarati food and restaurant staff accepted to make GUJARATI food but they denied when we checked in. -Property is very good and also maintain in good condition but hospitality is totally zero even after spent of Rs. ..for 2 nights. -recommend for one day picnic only, not for night stay. -they don’t allow to use digital camera for photography but mobile camera allows. (Please note.. room guest can also not allow digital camera).

Overall good experience. The room was spacious and luxurious which was a positive point. - Balaram palace allows the outside visitors in very less ticker of 300 so you will find lots of people who are roaming in the resort - There are few places like room areas where visitors are not allowed but they are not making sure this happens so you can find a bunch of people who are roaming around your room and disturb your privacy: I had bought a deluxe room which has a balcony. there were a bunch of people who sat on the chairs on the balcony and taking photos. Obviously, I had not paid 8k for such an experience. - Swimming pool is good but again this has the same issues. The visitors are not allowed without pay in swimming pool but there were no one to check this so these visitors will disturb you here as well - The service is extremely slow. you need to order at least 45 minutes prior if you need anything even simple water. - Cleanliness in the restaurant is bad again due to visitors

It was a very nice day and a value for money stay in the Heritage property of Balaram palace. the food was just awesome and as expected and served as ordered. Property is well maintained Staff is very cooperative Food excellent Swimming Pool 5 ft deep good (however far from property) Kids play area very nice Lush green Garden and surrounding

Nice place for weekend relaxation.Good maintained Resort.Rooms were spacious and clean.Room Service was excellent.Also the compkementary breakfast was awesome.I strongky recommend for group family vacation.
