Beach Beat

Only disappointed with this stay is its very deep inside from road we have to walk through a very small path to reach.. The path is very dangerous there are lot of snakes and dangerous insects on the walk way.. Apart from that rooms are very clean the care taker is very friendly and helpfull.. There is no restaurant at the property we have to reach the beach for food..

advantage part is it is very lose to kudle beach, Mr Manjunath took care on our needs nicely, restaurant is available in front of the rooms itself, taste is also good. we were in Non AC room, bath room were big but living room is just sufficient for 2. OK 🆗 rooms wrt quality and facility, hot water will be served to you based on usage as there were no Geysers.

Ok for 1 day stay. It is walkable distance from kudle beach but you want to park ur vehicle in pay paking and you need to walk there is no road for this place u need to walk on empty feild from pay parking area. Room does not have restaurant, TV and AC. If you want to eat something u need to go to beach restaurant only. Room needs to be more clean

Very beautiful Hotel, and Decent owner. The reason why it is cheaper is because it is away from the main city. Far away 6kms. Decent facilities. Hot water, Good Ambience. Kudle beach hardly 200ms from the hotel. Anyone who's budget oriented, who don't wish to pay ** or more can stay here. I got it only for **

This accomodation is good value for money. Rooms are clean, very Nee, towels and toiletries are provided, the place and surrounding us quiet. You walk to the beach side in 3 minutes. It's a real close walking distance from the other accomodations at the beach.

it's a great place to be. near from the beach. friendly host. good food. rooms are moderate but it's worth it in comparison to the money you'll spent. the only problem is locating the hotel as Google map doesn't shows the route.

Good. Very near to Kudle beach and paid parking. Room clean and spacious enough but many improvements required like curtains, table, bigger washbasin, toilet door handles and partitions, towel hangers. Can book at this price.

it was a very good stay in our gokarna trip, the rooms were clean and the owner was also very helpful. the hotel is also very near to the beach so there was literally no problems

Rooms were good. There is no proper road to the room. need to take via fields. Vehicle should be parked nearby in some other resort. Very near to Kudle beach.

The property is located in the prime location from where most of the tourist attractions are nearby. Caretaker handled all of my services very professionally.

Good experience. It's been 500 m to reach beach. Good for stay beside the beaches in gokarna. Nice way.
