Upon arrival, room was not ready at noon. Had to wait around 2 hours in a small dirty room. During departure requested 2 hours delay was told will be charged 500 extra. No coffee, no kettle, no tea bags, no water provided until we asked for water. Hair on pillows and bed sheets. Bad experience over all.

didn’t take the photos. bathroom shower and wash basin taps were not working. inspite of telling 2 times no one took responsibility to het it fixed. bedsheets were not clean. not at all worth giving so much money. very bad service.

experience the hotel is horrible to the worstest condition it can be starting from the lift / servcie / rooms . very shabby, dirty and toilets was dirtiest. reception person in the morning denied to help and give early check in

It horrible experience, pictures that are put is not the same premises. Property was unclean and when i demanded to return the amount, they tried to shift me to another hotel. Overall my experience was sick.

Washroom is not at al good… called for a water bottle… rude answer from them… no soaps provided… not good beds… totally disappointed
