Very Rude Manager! Doesn't have basic human decency! We had a booking confirmation but the manager was very grumpy and rude just because it was a little late in the night. Even though we had already paid he refused to give the room because his system was down; didn't even double check; was demanding cash because he was in a favourable position taking advantage guests situation

Overall experience was good. Thr owner and the staff are very friendly and courteous. It would be nice if they provide some tissues and a kettle with coffee or tea options. Cockroach problem should be sorted out . Otherwise it will overpower the neatness and tidiness of the room. Thank you

Hotel was Good we Stayed for 1 night we were 3 and we booked for 3 beds that hotel receptionist gave us double bed, small room and gave a bed for 1 person to lye down i asked another room but he ignored and told no other room is available bad experience.

It's not a hotel,but a lodge. Single floor, the reception is right there and you can hear everything going on. It's pretty noisy. But the rooms are clean. Not the worth the price

First of all this is a Lodge not Hotel. I expected that if I am spending rs i will get hotelBut turned out to be it a lodge which fare has been increased due to Festive season

No real value for money...very expensive and looted us in December month..almost 4 times than actual cost which is really not worthy

hot water is not available in the morning. too many noises from downstairs and nearby places, sleep was getting disturbed.
