the hotel amenities says Free wi Fi but when checked the staff says we don't have wi fi in rooms it's only in the common areas and reception, when checked in common areas too there was no wi fi and when asked the staff says sorry we have some issue with wi fi utensils stinks, staff i not friendly at all, washrooms had odor smell and when questioned staff aays sorry the milk got burnt and it's the smell of the milk where in the smell was of cigarettes and our kids could bear the smell

High price with no useful amenities like no parking, no balcony, no buffet breakfast paid or complimentary, no swimming pool, no good location, far from local markets. later, at found good option like ramada with close to market and all amenities and excellent buffet breakfast in Rs550 onlyno balcony no parking no breakfast buffet paid or complimentary very far from local market

Staff showing very busy as they didn't given attention to guest properly....very poor coordination between staff to fulfil guest basic requirement like Recharge of TV. In two days stay i got my TV functional on second days after i remind them again for recharge of TV

I really liked it. Everything was good I don't know any issues I have faced at that duration. I strongly recommend to this hotel to stay. But as per your convenience because my meeting place is very near by this hotel so this was good place for me.

Really good hotel with courteous staff. Food was delicious and served well. Checking was Swift and the service boy specially took care of all the things that a guest may need. Would book this hotel everytime I visit Jaipur

My experience of staying here was really very good. Be it the cleanliness, staff responsiveness and behaviour, everything was top notch. Specially the mr. Ravi, the manager was very prompt and nice. Highly recommended.
