The hotel room was good except the bed which is not ok. Though no bucket n mug in bathroom and only shower is to be taken for bath, did not give shower caps untill asked. the vi /idea signal was weak in the room but did not give wifi username and password until asked. The room opening key card has to be programmed everyday. complementary breakfast was ok-ok type. not much spread. everyday idly, vada Pongal were common. dosa on order. last day chapathi and kurma not good. bread was not toasted properly. there is no good restaurant at walkable distance for lunch or dinner. One has to go by own vehicle or take an auto. asked for route map and timings of nava tirupathi temples, which are very prominent in this area. they did not have either. reception staff were good. checkin and checkout process was smooth and fast. laundry facility available and charges are reasonable. overall stay was very good.

It was an excellent experience. The hotel is barely a month old. The staffs are very cooperative. The rooms are well appointed and they provide a great breakfast too. Apart from a slight glitch in the morning during breakfast everything else was perfect. Overall a very pleasant experience and a good hotel to stay with family. The rooms were very clean and tidy. The bathrooms were very well maintained and in perfect order. The breakfast was excellent. All the staffs were very cooperative and helpful. Please note that the check out time is wrongly mentioned as 1:15 AM.

For a mere two to three stains in bed spread, the hotel management charged a hefty amount of 224. it's a huge theft in daylight, dissatisfying regular customers. I have been here to around 10 times. this is the worst behaviour u have ever encountered in my hotel experiences. I will never suggest this hotel neither book this hotel here after. customers beware of this theft .

The hotel has a good location and provides nice amenities. The place felt safe and secure, which was a big plus. However, the food quality and quantity didn’t match the price mentioned in the menu. The taste was average, and the delivery time for food was slow. Overall, it was a comfortable stay, but there's room for improvement in food service.

The hotel is well maintained with very neat and hygienic conditions. The service quality of the staff & complimentary breakfast is also very good. But management is very unsupportive of the early check-in part and the charges are too high for early check-in. I say don't prefer this hotel for early check-in.

Stayed for 4 days. Had some issues in handling my booking, but Mr.Muthukumar handled it well. Most of the staff are friendly and well behaved. Over all had a good stay and food is fine.
