lazy management and super lazy receptionist that i have ever seen in my life At first when i checked in rooms bedsheets were dirty and infact washroom was not clean i informed the receptionist and she took it in usual way ,after 50 mins room's bedsheet were changed and washroom got clean-up and now here comes the surprising part receptionist was asking me to do it **/- which was later sorted out after the interfarance of go ibibo customer care support team.. "THANKS A LOT TO IBIBO CUSTOMER SUPPORT TEAM YOU GUYS ARE DOING GOOD" owner not seemed serious about the hotel part ,he is actually focused in restaurant part only Good: 1)food quality was good. 2)room was spacious and good 3) location is also good,near main market Bad: 1) Totally mismanagement 2) Lazy staff 3) Not interested in serving the in house hitel guest,Beside that they were giving quick response and service to the restaurant customers which was rly not good.....

This property has excellent views from its roof top restaurant & few of its room's balconies as well. Its just 5mins walk away from namgyal monastery & the main market. No parking facility available. Mcleodganj's Paid parking area would be 10-12 mins walk away. There are 20-30 odd staircase to climb up/down to reach the rooms. Rooms were clean and very spacious.

it's a small hotel with a cozy cafe attached to it. the entrance might fool you about the size of the rooms but the deluxe rooms are quite large with huge balcony and a kitchen area. the location is quite convenient with the main market area hardly 1 km away. we reached the hotel at 4.30 am and still they provided us with a clean and right room.

the rooms are very average which is still acceptable considering their room price. The low point is their staff at the reception, which is very rude, negative attitude towards guest. While ordering food for room service, they say cant u order in one go (which is very arrogant) and are not willing to take multiple orders. disgusting staff.

No power backup. 300 metre outside centre location plus 75 stires. Every time, they provide the room service after multiple calls basically they run hotel from restaurant with same staff. On your problem instead to solve them, they try to dominate on you. Our room is one room set with open kitchen. Feel like hostel not like hotel.

Stayed here for 4 days! Got this Hotel for 7.3k approx for 4 days. Very Bad Management and Food. Never Order Food from this place. We ordered 4 things and they were horrible. No one even cared to even clean the room as we were there for 4 Days! I would not recommend this hotel to anyone!

The owner has been changed of this hotel because of which poor service and very bad experience. the hotel manager refused to give us the booked 2 rooms, although we had booked and done the payment for 2 two rooms in advance 15 days of our stay. totally waste service.

Despite paying more. no parking facility, no driver accomodation. no room cleaning despite prior information. Room amenities such as bed is also not as per the booked occupants.hotel management is also not courteous..
