Camp 3 Blind Mice

we had booked 5 tents in camp 3 blind mice from goibibo and confirmed the same on phone with the owner, but upon reaching rishikesh we were told that the camp is full and they will accommodate us in another camp, to which we had to agree as there was no option left, we had to go 10 k.m further to another camp called ganga paradise. upon reaching there we were told that 5 tents are not available and we will get only 4 tents, when we objected to it he agreed to give us 5 tents. no welcome drink was given to us as given in the voucher, snacks were bad. next morning we were all set for rafting and there comes a surprise that instead of promised 24 k.m we will get only 8 K.M. of rafting, when we spoke to the manager there he refused to listen to us saying that he is not responsible for rafting all he does is manage the stay and food in the camp. we were then why are you managing the camp. when we along with all our fellow travelers refused to budge, after 2 hours the manager finally agreed for 24 K.M rafting. also after the rafting there was no arrangement of bringing the guests back to the camp. i mean how do they expect the guests to come back by bus or truck. this was a very bad experience. they do not fulfill the promises, food is bad and management is arrogant.

the hotel was good but i am not happy with the location ,location was little dIcy not easilay apporachable,and the hotel did not provide a proper information what they provide us in the camp.They did not provide the cab after river rafting and may more facilities was not included in our camp so we all are unhappy with the service provided by the hotel.In my point of view if you booked some hotel this is the duty of the hotel staff to explain about the facilities what they provide to their gust. Beside from that The camp is organized, well hospitable and friendly staff, food quality is good and tastes homely..all facilities are there except for electricity..the best located tent accommodation in rishikesh. beautifully located in the Lap of River Ganga.The best part is that the sound of the river stays with you through out your stay....

I have booked this hotel through goibibo and Initially hotel refused to accept the things ...like i have booked the full package..but not retained that services for which i paid for and the manager said nothing mentioned on your voucher, about the full package....and after forcing them i got that facilities....they used to create this kind of a discrimination with every goibbio customer....basically they transfer there guests to another camp, who have paid less amount for the same location, so they used to transfer such guests to the 3rd category tents...which is far away from this camp 3, not at best location..so avoid this hotel if u are a online user...

hotel is cheating the guest hoodoo not support to Costner. river rafting not done by the hotel. also charge from us. coffee arrangements not in this hotel .fan also not available in tent . under the tent very humidity in this place. food quality is bad. our River rafting money not back till date. no any river rafting arrangements my the hotel in last 8 hour morning 6 am to 12.30pm. ....our several complaining.No any response by the hotel till date.
