Hotel Capital Luxury Suites

Hotel Capital Luxury Suites in Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh, was far from the "luxury" experience we were expecting. The room was disappointingly small for the price charged, and it definitely did not live up to the expectations set by the hotel’s name. Upon arrival, the air conditioning wasn’t working, but it was eventually sorted out. However, the cleanliness of the room was another issue—specifically, the bed sheets, which were not clean. We had to call housekeeping to have them changed, which gave us a very poor impression of the hotel’s attention to detail and cleanliness. The hotel also lacks its own restaurant, which is a significant downside. Instead, it has a tie-up with a nearby restaurant to arrange food, which was not the most convenient or ideal solution. We were only stopping for a single night and had limited options, which is why we booked this hotel. If not for the lack of alternatives, we would have likely chosen a different place. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I would not recommend Hotel Capital Luxury Suites unless absolutely necessary.

Rooms are very nicely maintained.Hope they will maintain the same and at a considerable price range.Front office team were very courteous. Only observation is ally way carpets to be cleaned rest rooms and bathrooms were very well maintained. Very good for small families and at a very reasonable price range

my stay in this hotel was for 3 nites and 4 days. stay from check in to check out was perfect. 4 stars are given just because now a days hotels provides water throughout the stay but here water was given just complimentary.

everything is fine but not having fans in the room made us difficult to get sleep because continuously we can hear outside noise and because of no circulation of air it's a bit downer for us
