i had an extremely disappointing experience for my recent room booking. the room was in a terrible condition—unclean, with a persistent bad smell, and no breakfast or room service provided. i’ve never encountered such poor conditions in my entire career. additionally, there was no name board outside the room, and the name on my booking did not match the name on the room. to top it off, the staff exhibited rude behavior. this experience was far below acceptable standards. i would not recommend this service to anyone.

Actual and that shown in net is completely different. Cleanliness is worst. All taps are not fixed property. Response from staff is not at all good. Only location is good. We have paid full amount from app, but they denied the rooms during check in. Unless we pay extra amount as per their wish rooms are not allocated and advised us to complain to any authorities, no issue for them. Due to our tight time schedule we could not go to any other better hotels.

1. hotel name is hotel r square not capital o ragas inns 2. breakfast is not providing 3. early checkin(10 am also) is not providing hotel staff even rooms are not occupied, they are preferring offline booking 4. in my room fan speed adjustment is not provided, no locks for main and bathroom door, no tv otherwise room is good need some improvements 5. parking available, wifi available, geyzer and ac are good working

they are asking extra money while chek in and the staff is very bad..rooms are not hygienic and washrooms is very bad. towels and bed sheets are smelly and dirty. they don’t provide ac rooms for online booking, if you want ac room they will ask extra money like 500 for that

i book hotel for my brother and this hotel guy took 300rs extra rather than amount which was paid already,he is saying that he has a target to fullfill ...because of exam i told my brother not to argue with him as at that time all the nearby hotels were not available...
