Centre of city with buffet breakfast complementary. Rooms are very stylish and 40 inch tv having smart facility. Bed is very soft. Hotel has swimming pool. Good room service. Bathrooms are very clean and stylish too. Over all the room is very luxurious. Big lobby in reception. Restaurent is very big and french type.Big Garden in front of hotel. I like the way the bed and pillow kept clean. Additional 2 pillows were in room itself. Coffee kettle was ready in room.

Room was perfect. Staff were very professional and supportive. Restaurant had a nice ambience and the food was good. Best choice in Salem for staying with family and friends too. However, cleanliness has been overlooked as we found few water bottles and dirt below the bed. No complaints on other things.

overall experience was very good receptionist lady teja responsed very well and full filled our request with smiling face all staff in reception responses properly ,room was neat and clean . staff are very responsive and respond patiently .
