Not a good hotel to stay. Price is not worth more than Rs. per night for A/C room I stayed. Following are the list of issues at high level: (1) Floors, bathroom tiles not cleaned for months. Molds, not sealing of tiles and chipped tiles everywhere, including cloths closet! (2) No security: No grills in windows and anyone can easily jump from window! Main door does not even have latch for additional security! No exhaust in bathroom - instead, a big transparent glass window - you do not even know who or what is on the other side! (3) Dusty rooms and curtains, bathroom mats not changed/cleaned for months! (4) TV and remote not working. If it switches on, picture is not visible at all! It stops automatically in next 10 mins! (5) A/C remote does not work and we need to struggle for at least 5 mins adjusting batteries, etc. (6) Absolutely no amenities for the price paid: 50 paise shampoo packets and unclean towel (1 number) is all we get for 4 people! No coffee maker or bottled water or soaps, etc.! Restaurant cooks both veg and non-veg! Entire hallway and even inside room stinks with fish smell!..

Hotel and food is good, Ac monitoring control was not working, front desk staff has poor communication skills, officer has refused to give my bill copy at the time of check out and I had to literally fight to get bill, Later their hotel lady manager spoke over phone and provided bill copy.

Near by the property it was the railway station. In house restaurant was well maintained in which free breakfast was provided. Staff was helpful enough to manage our services. As per the booking, it's private room and no time boundaries was there for going out and coming back.

We have booked for two rooms but they had locked one room without my knowledge, which was not good, otherwise, the location was good and near to the railway station, cleanliness was good, also the staff cooperation was fine, but the caretaker was not cooperative at all.

In house restaurant was available in which breakfast was good. The hotel is situated right opposite to the railway station. I am not aware about who was managing the services. Free WiFi/internet facility was added an advantage during the stay.

frankly speaking, hotel rooms are good,but staffs are not co-operative......a traveller on a certain circumstances need a little flexibility... these guys were not co-operative...Even not allowing an additional person to drop the luggage...

Worst hotel...rooms full of bad smell, used and unwashed blankets , toilet flush not working, not preferable for families. i booked for 2 days and left hotel in 10 hours ...one word never book this hotel. the photos and rooms wont match

Food facility was available inside the property. Location was easy to access. Services were managed by the hotel staff. I didn't used internet in the room and there was no any time boundaries for going out and coming back.

first thing is location straight opposite to Trichy railway station where you can save your cab money. Rooms are neat and clean. preferred for family stay. breakfast was good. overall experienced nice stay here.

Location was good, near to the railway station and was easily accessible from the property. Regarding security, it was safe to stay. The caretaker was co-operative. Overall it was a nice stay.
