Chouhan Palace

I reached the hotel way earlier than the check-in time and asked if I could get my room early to which they agreed without any fuss. The best feature I found about the hotel was the good staff behaviour and understanding attitude as well as the privacy if you have friends over regardless of being local or couples. My friend had lost a piece of her jewellery during our visit and I left it during the check-out at the reception counter and asked them to keep it safe till she gets it the next day, which she did without hassle. Despite all this I'd also like to make a note about the visible flaw that I observed. It's a pretty new business so it's understandable yet it is somewhat of a tedious task to keep waiting for the room service for quite a few minutes every time. I would say that this is a pretty good hotel despite the distance but seeing other hotels in the vicinity makes me think that it isn't much of the big deal for the privacy, customer interaction and their willingness to provide the best service for their guest.

Full of spider cobs and not clean.. mosquito present. no table, chair, or hanger present. bathroom though clean but not up to the mark.. better to mention the room number for easy convenience. They could place us in any room which could have been added later or not shown in the property list.

its worderful experience at chouhan palace at katihar. Hotel is good, well furnished, painted and hygienic. it's a hassle free experience☺️.
