hotel is centrally located near market place.Hotel hospitality exceeded my expectations as they provided me with deluxe room despite my original booking of standard room.rooms are neat and clean and no false odour inside bathroom as well. dharamshala skyway is right opposite to the hotel which was nice experience. 1 way trip is around 500 and round trip 700 per head (1.2 km) you can experience beautiful view of the city from skyway trolley.

I visited this place with my wife in Jan'21.. Staff is polite and responsive.. All the requests handled in one call.. Location of the hotel is good, just 100 mtrs from Dalai lama temple, and main market.. AC with hot and cold option makes you feel comfortable.. But they have very limited option in breakfast that could have been better.. overall good stay..

The hotel is neat, clean and cozy. The hygiene is well maintained and the rooms are aestheticaly superb. The staff is courteous and well trained. They have upgraded my booking from standard to superior room without any cost. The property is located in front of Skyway and near Dalai Lama temple.Breakfast is really delicious and food prices are reasonable.

Initially we booked citrus for 2 days but keeping in view the hospitality of the staff we extended our booking for one more day!! ... Nice property at very nice place !!.. and Kudos to chef Vishal for making our Trip a memorable one by serving us world class cuisines!!!! .....

Wowww location.. what a view from the room.. nice hospitality.. clean and spacious room.. a must stay hotel.. add few more items in breakfast.. heater should b given without extra charge.. it should b part of room.. else everything is good..

Hotel's location is good. View from hotel is very nice and rooms are good too. We were upgraded easily as staff was nice. But parking is not available in the hotel, you have to park at nearby govt parking.
