we me, mother,wife,son and our driver visited Vanasthali cottages for 2days stay, 10-12th April. we booked 2 super deluxe tents. But to our great disappointement resort offered very poor service quality. To mention few things.. 1) Tea Coffee was available after 9 am even after insisting many times. Reason..Staff on leave..we cant go for morning safari..both the days.. 2) One half trained cook was trying hard to fulfill our requirement. He with the help of 2 waters cum delivery boys cum runner could give us breakfast at 10.30 and dinner at 10pm..on second day..and 2 hours after giving order on first day..,(11.30 pm) 3) Food quality was also very avarage.. 4) Resort is placed on scenic location.. 5) Waitors were polite and soft spoken.

Family vacation. perfect stay. super view. Wonderful food. Perfect swimming pool for kids and family Very calm environment. From restaurant you can see the view of swimming pool. I will recommend this resort to everyone. Hotel staff is very cooperative and helpful. I reached there early and they gave me early check in.

I had a wonderful stay with my family. We were a group of 10 people. The resort is beautiful and the staff is also amazing. We were also given a room upgrade free of cost. Also the food at the resort was just amazing. Specially the white sauce pasta ❤️. I would highly recommend everyone to book this resort.

stayed at citrus prime hill queen resort on 20th dec'24 with my family. the rooms, the ambience, complimentary bonfire, and other amenities were top notch. the buffet dinner and breakfast was very delicious with lot of options. would recommend to everyone for a comfortable and lovely stay at pachmarhi.

Lovely new property just past Champak Bungalow. The pool is nice and clean, and the rooms are very spacious. Perfect for a weekend getaway with family. Only thing that we didn't like was the breakfast food, which really needs to be improved a lot.

It is a good resort. Place is well maintained and clean. Extended swimming pool usage timing is an added advantage here. A small kids play area could be developed within, which is the only thing we missed. We will definitely come back.

Rooms were spacious and clean, however the property needs more cleanliness. There was some construction work/ maintenance going on during my visit and they provided me a room just next to it, which made my stay a little inconvenient.

It was very much comfortable stay. the property was nice and maintained. The food was nice but not much verities was there. Overall the stay was nice but we had to face issues to reach the hotel. Rest all good.

Food was good. Location was bit outside, but convenient to reach. I found no swimming pool in the hotel. Garden area was available inside the premises and as it's pachmarhi so there was some network issue.

Cottages are not as shown in the pictures. No attached Swimming Pool in the cottages. Price is too high as per the actual Hotel Rooms/Cottages! Disappointed!
