We reached the hotel in the middle of the night, and when asked about our room, the hotelier was asking for extra money... I had to call the customer service to sort out the problem, He was trying to utilize the situation to get extra money, as there was no other hotels near by, and we were in the middle of the night, so please avoid if you are traveling with family.
