first they refused to give us a room saying they did not got any booking in my name, after arguing for half an hour and they gave room, and there was no such things as room service at the hotel, more to it in the morning they said their cook is unavailable they didn't provide breakfast even at 9 o'clock in the morning. worst kind of experience ever

location is good but hot water is not available in the bathroom. plz dont plan stay in winter season because hot water is not available and to much mosquito in the room, they dont have any allout machine..
