Centrally located with access to all transportation. The rooms are renovated and are quite neat and clean. The room service is good. The wifi access is free. But when I stayed there on 23 to 25 may, there were some issues with wifi and I found it very difficult to attend to business needs and emails. But I'm sure they would rectify it. Overall a neat and clean business hotel. Pls note they do not have mini refrigerators or coffee machines in the room. Hope they can add these, cos their kitchen begins only at 7am and early risers might find it difficult to sip coffee in early hours of dawn.

I am new to Mumbai. I was searching for a good hotel through Goibibo and want a hotel where I expect my stay to be comfortable....I found City Point and some of the reviews are good. Booked a room in this Hotel even though the room rent was little expensive. When I landed at the Hotel nearly 2 hours before the check in time, the executives at front desk was very courteous. After waiting for 30 minutes I was allotted a room. The room was very neat and spacious. The service provided was splendid . I will return to this hotel in feature also.

The Hotel is very much in the Center of Dadar East. Just Tell Dadar Circle TT. Very much near to TMH, Dadar Station, Pune Bus Stand. Communication to Airport takes Flat 35 Minutes. The Hotel is Neat and Cleans the Room on a Daily Basis with a Supervisor monitoring without Fail. They charge for the Mineral water but thats the best service ou can Get. Veg Foods are awesome. The Cook is Nice. Hope to have the same Taste in Restaurants. Recommended for Family, Business, Couple and Fun Trip to Mumbai.

Wonderful place to stay. The staff are polite, cordial and courteous. Easy to reach and various travel modes available right outside the gate. With regard to the pricing of the rooms, seems bit on higher side. The complimentary breakfast even though is very tasty, has only one item on offer. No restaurant facility, but on-time room service is available. Room and bath are neat...... .
