Classic Residency

A good hotel with all the things covered for a great stay. It's kind of a new property so cannot comment about maintenance of the building. Cleanliness is excellent, the rooms, bathrooms and common areas everything is clean and shiny. Hot water is available 24 x 7 and the water is actually very hot even in winters. They provide soap, shower gel, shampoo, moisturiser, dental kit & a shaving kit in the room. Food from their restaurant is tasty and priced well. Room service is also excellent, the food you order comes to your room as soon as it is prepared. They have very good wifi also and the speed is also excellent, I got around 85-90 Mbps. The staff is also courteous and polite. Since I was from Maharashtra, I had a language barrier, but the staff put in a lot of efforts to understand me. The only downside is that they don't have a breakfast buffet, instead they have a pre-defined list of breakfast items from which you can order as many items as you want. That's not bad in any sense, but I personally prefer a breakfast buffet. The breakfast items that we ordered were quite tasty. Another downside I see is that I checked-in late and they did not have a room of the category I booked, so they upgraded me to the room of higher category for the night. That should not have been the case, the room that I booked should have been kept vacant. I had to waste time in packing everything & unpacking again to change the room the next day. This needs to be improved.

Our stay at the Classic Residency Hubli was excellent. The place is well situated and the facilities provided were fantastic. The accommodation was very comfortable for a family of 4 members. The staff , Mr. Shetty and Diksha were extremely courteous and helpful. The service staff were very accommodating. Their in-house restaurant is pure veg and serves tasty food. They also cater to non vegetarians from a separate kitchen which I found really good. The food provided was really good. Classic Residency is a place centrally located yet tucked away in silence for a traveller's good rest. Thank you to all the staff of Classic Residency for making our stay memorable. We look forward to being with you again.

The staff was great.The service also great..The receptionists were very helpful and answered all our questions. The room was clean and bright, and the room service was always on time. very good environment...it's worthy..and also really thankful for there services
