very poor service from the management side. there was no one for assistance. no room boy was available.even the receptionst take 10min to welcome us as he was watching a private program which was held there. The room was too small. and inside air was filled with bad smell. ac and tv remotes were complaint. and the xtra bed was damaged even we can't use it for sitting. totally am very disappointed with these all. considering the above concerns the room rent 3500 was very high for these type cheap service.

please dont go , they re all fraud , because when i reached the hotel they told me they dont get mail from goibibi and they asked me to cancel it and u will be refunded and they force me to check in personally by paying at hotel for 3500 and later i was not able to refund my goibibi booking and when i asked them they told me to contact goibibi they have no responsibility on it now they got double payment ,guys soo please dont go because u will be tricked

I tried to reach this hotel by night, after a last moment booking in the evening. No One ever answred my phone call (i have tried for almost three hours). Once i reached the Airport was raining and late and the taxi driver did not know the place . the location on Ola map and google map is wrong so i gave up and i have never reached the hotel. Waste of money.

The property was good i did not have issues with the hotel as well as staff also.They all are very good ,staff was very cooperative ,the rooms was little and are also away from the restaurant and reception.small but full the modern facilities.Service was good .location was very good ,close to the many tourist places.Food was also good.

Had a wonderful stay at Clay House for a day . Location, service, quality and clenliness was high appreciated. Staff was helpful and very friendly would have appreciated if they had a swimming pool and a health club and more variety for morning breakfast overall a beautiful place to stay .

Rooms are clean,location also good. There is no driver's accommodation.complimentary breakfast s not good..restaurant people struggling to work. Reception service is good. Nearest to highway. 12 -12 noon check out time. Few hrs delay they adjust.
