As a Hotelier It's a genuine review.Checked in was very Smooth and Reception guys are very welcoming.Though the rooms are very small but its ok for couple or business travellers.Rooms are ok with basic amenities.In Room Dining staffs are also good and service was upto the mark.Food is also good.But there are lots of area in improvement:Need separate elevator for moving staffs and guests.Staffs are not well groomed.Security need to well briefed about "how to talk with guests and their friends".Water Glasses must be there in Rooms.Limited menu option(Understand as per the current circumstances).Liquors are not available in the hotel.Washroom is very small.5 star only for the friendly staffs and their behaviour.Will visit once again in future.Friendly Staffs and their service

Firstly, amazing check in experience, I had reached 4 hours prior to checkin time and these people immediately provided me the room. Rooms are big and the ambience they are providing at this cost is fabulous and the same can be compared with any genuine 3/4 star property. Service is excellent, breakfast has ample variety and quality is incredible. In nut shell you would certainly you stay at Hotel Clifton

There was a great stay. Nice location. Room service is little bit slow but for me it's okey. Room cleaning is very good and worth for price. I booked twin bed in emergency but ad per availability they give us executive room. Thanks for it. Highly recommend.
