I very much likely to tell that about this Residency, The location is close to my destination as well as some Centers in the city. As for the room, very convenient, but it is excellent and surprisingly would definitely recommend this hotel to business trip. However, this hotel might enjoying a family trip and business trips... you have to try this, if you are near this Residency...

Before booking it was mentioned that AC room ... after booking it came like FAN only ... i paid additionally 700 for AC room, room in madanapalli is expensive

Reaching the entrance is like solving the puzzle. Room is OK maintained. No hot water 24x7. Stay is OK and it's has surveillance so better safety I guess.

Hotel is good and very clean but little problem with hot water we didn’t have hot water for each room they will come in morning only and room is very small

Toilet seat had leakage. The washroom was horrible, room is very very small and the bedsheet linens are with very bad stains. Overall very bad experience.
