initially they demanded extra money for two children. I explained them that everything is paid while booking and shown my booking voucher. They told only two adults are laid and two children payment is to be done as in voucher it is written 2 adults /2 children. Luckily they understood and allowed us. They gave us their normal room in which their personal belongings were there such as Almirah with clothes, iron, photo of their family members etc.. I felt very uncomfortable.

it's nice , clean, hotel at good location. overall nice stay for me with my family. it would be nice to have kettle for hot water for drinking during winter.
