Collection O Gauri Shree Hotel

Worst management experience. arrogant female receptionist with no soft skills at all. Speaks rude. Male staff is much more supportive and decent while talking. No kitchen available in hotel. I booked room along with breakfast.But they give you fistful Poha and a cup of tea on the name of breakfast. Breakfast is just a strategy to bring customers in. Menu card rates are too high. Best to order food from swiggy Or Zomato, will cost less and will come Earlier then ordered to hotel staff. They say that they order food from their own restaurant but does not feel like that, because none of the hotel provides (specially who has own restaurant association) food in disposables. Apart from that you will be asked to pay food payment in advance every time you order something. Hotel is on 3rd floor with long stairways and building has no lift in it. Mostly, no one (Ola, Uber) knows the area and useless to follow on google map because we were dropped in colony behind hotel. Had to walk longer.

The location shown on google maps for this hotel is actually of a girls hostel, hotel is nearby only. Its on the 3rd floor of EMS building, no lift. Staff was cordial. Rooms have thin walls, noises form end of the corridor can be heard clearly. Room was ok, walls were particularly wet, as if there was water seepage problem. Wifi service was good. All n all experience was not good.

The entrance really lowers ones expectations but once you reach you'll be more than satisfied with the rooms. overall it's a good hotel staff was helpful and worked professionally . no unnecessary disturbance or inconvenience was made

i stayed in this hotel 2 to 3 times and the overall experience was nice.room,bedsheets, toilets all necessary things was clean and hygienic.
