pathetic service....after 2 days over s bargaining for his money deducted from pocket....I know my child had did mistake for pencil scratch but for pencil scratching who charge 2k... sometimes kids do mistake I agree. why he threateningme. and saying me u will not be able to book anywhere in oyo...calling me frequently so many times ...why he is threatening so many times...... he is saying so many thing for pencil scratch when we went there all the things for the booking was not provided no hot water and we ask him heater which was i think defect, no charging point proper only one charging point,no breakfast ,no ac in room ,while vacating room they off the water also we didn't complaint them for this...

hotel denied to give facilities of AC room. Also not providing wifi and breakfast free as u mentioned in my booking. please do the needful.
