it s verry bad experience in this hotel.total money west. not good feel.third class hotel .hotel on 9 th floor lift is not working condition.go on hotel by more than 400 step at night 2 o". clock.no received phone.staff is local and unskilled.in room conditions is verry bad .attached toilet& bathrooms have dirty water licage on floor.

It's more of a lodge with basic facilities. Food delivered to your room but food is pathetic. mosquitoes didn't allowed me to sleep till 2:30am. hotel staff helpful. But if asked I would rather pay higher and stay in a better hotel but not again in this one.

it's hotel is located out of surat.. transport area and hotel service's also very poor. even hotel is not having bedsheets and clean blanket. food is not available . am very disappointed😔 not cleanness in bathroom.
