we booked a room with complementary breakfast..but after checking in, hotel people said no complementary breakfast is available. After long time we had a conversation with goibobo and **** as well, they also committed that complimentary breakfast will be providing. after that by yesterday and today morning the Hotel people was not provided a complimentary breakfast. kindly take this as a serious concern and kindly process the refund for the breakfast amount.

I had very bad experiance in hotel , During ma check in they asked money they asked me to pay 800 extra or else they wont give room for (ma booked amount) , staffs are not friendly
