HOTEL DENIED CHECK IN DUE TO PAYMENT ISSUES WITH OYO. I WAS ASKED TO PAY 940/- EXTRA . ON COMPLAINING TO GOIBIBO AND OYO AND PURSUING FOR ABOUT 2 Hours , I WAS PROMISED THAT EXTRA AMOUNT WILL BE REFUNDED. HOPE THAT IS DONE SOON. Otherwise hotel location, room and cleanliness good.It's embarrassing when you have to wait in the hotel lobby at midnight for about 2 hours even after paying full amount in advance

The rooms were comparatively small. Room was not cleaned regularly. Hot water wasn't available even in the morning. The staff told let go 3-4 buckets of water after that you will have hot water from taps. What a waste of water. Staff is decent and co-operative. Hotel location a bit far but feasible. It's couple friendly - so no issues with guests for business meetings.
