all the stays was too good near kem road reception member was soo honestly and very simple guy our check in time was 12 pm but they provided room before 9 o clock and mantain all the service was so good i want to suggest if u are couple friend it is soo nice and one of the best hotel in my choices nothing we are just friends but in this case all the thing was so good if we live as a couple after than all the staff so co oprative all the staff member thanks to a lot and pllzz keep continue this type or service.

Very disappointed. No lights in bathroom. Tv socket is not working. After checking- in electrician was called for fixing them after complaint. No toiletries in bathroom provided. Torn bath towels. Spits on wall. Phone was out of order. For order need to go to reception. did not resolve problem despite complaints at the time of check-in. Neither they called back nor picked up the reminder calls. Left us in no-choice situation. Room provided was different as shown. Please don't go

it's not a capital O hotel... not suitable for family or couple stay... hotel is on 2nd floor...Bar is on same floor where locals come regularly.. scary environment...rooms ok
