The worst experience ever faced.. it's like a nightmare to me they denied the check-in at the hotel stating rooms are full and with no other option i have to give in to the option provided them in other property which is 8.5km away from the booked property with no where to go in the middle of night and after that it took me nearly half an hour to wake the receptionist to alot me a room and finally reached my room at 2:30am in the morning and they bombarded me with calls stating I need to vacate the room by 11:00am in the morning as their standard check-out time even after mentionin the check-in process that I will be vacating late around 2hrs which to be intimated to the property manager and he said yes, yet they didn't inform them regarding it i had to call the executive again and they were asking me to pay for the late charges if I checkout late and after alot of argument they didn't even clear the issue and moreover they asked me to checkout overall experience is worst and they just keep minting money from the customer without proper support and yet agonizing the customersNote : Not preferable for the ladies and children who are travelling not to book
