Very bad experience. They don't have minimum respect for those who are giving them business. Both the guy and lady who sit at reception rude. At first they denied room without additional amount being paid. And when I wanted to extend my stay they spoke very rude as if I'm staying there for free. Even after extending my stay for 2 days by paying them full amount their attitude did not change. I booked another property immediately on the 4th day and moved away from there. Even then the guy was saying yeah sir book and go only then you will understand as if it is a mansion. My next stay was booked almost at same price but the property was 10 times better the way they received people was 100 times better.

Worst experience Even hotel is not at all safety, window doors was no lock if someone open window doors from outside it is opening, i asked at the reception to change room that time also they denied, one lady in the reception she was very rude behaviour, if i ask any question her answer was talk to customer care. Beds also not good in the middle of bed was very down, she was not ready to listen any concerns. Moreover they are not provided any bills or invoice copies for any customers.

Not a comfortable stay very bad room. Good thing in the hotel is Parking and AC rest all its waste. And also one more thing i had booked the room in Goibibo while i was book the price will be 800/- and booked, while checkin the room again they ask me to pay 600/- Rs. it's really waste and uncomfortable to stay. Please avoid to stay in this Hotel.

The entrance door and bathroom door lock is not working,room is full of used bed sheets,worst bed sheets,full of dust and strain,staff asking extra money for everything thing,they didn't provide breakfast also,for check in they are demanding extra money,and they gaved non ac,

Rooms are good. Room service not good. They didn't change the bedspreads everyday. They don't give toiletries on daily basis. They don't have a restaurant in the premises and the complimentary breakfast they get is from a road side open shop when bad quality standards.

the bed shape is worst got body pains , pillows are dirty. overall the hotel is very poor. and also they asked to pay extra amount. rejected check-in untill pay extra amount. checked out after one day and went to another hotel. unethical practices by hotels

I didn't expect this kind of stuff. I have book a room the before day had paid my bill also when I reached the location the property owner didn't allocate me a room for some reason. They demand me to pay an extra amount to allocate me a room.

Don't ! The manager asked me to pay extra money (Rs 2300) saying this payment (apart from Rs which I have done Rooms are good but paying extra money does not make sense. I reached at night so I had no option to cancel the booking.

We went for second time, this time we did got good room. Food was good at little higher price. Overall experience was satisfied. But only one thing is it's difficult to locate building for the people visiting for first time

didn't take photos they charged additional money of rs. 456 though we paid full in advance while booking room was small, no chair, not cleaned room, dirty bed sheet. only toilet was usable.
