This is hands down one of the worst if not the worst hotel experience I've ever had. The conditions of the room that was allocated to me was abysmal to say the least. The hotel is a far cry from the way it is depicted on those images uploaded on various websites. From dirty curtains, to curry stained bedsheets, to dysfunctional amenities, you name it, it had everything to make my stay a miserable hell. In fact, something as basic as a water tap was broken. And to make matters worse the concierge / receptionist are uncooperative, dismissive and downright insolent and condescending. Save yourself from misery and avoid this property at all cost.

Date- 14 December 2020 Good Things- 1. Hotel is at the centre of city 2. Cleanliness was good 3. Operational 24hrs 4 Wifi Bad things- 1. Didn't check my temperature. Just allowed me to go to my room 2. Didn't give me sanitizer upon entering. 3. I had to pick up my own luggage. 4. TV wasn't working. 5. Food facility wasn't available. Order online. 6. Soap and shampoo wasn't given. On asking they said OYO didn't provide them.

Hotel is situated near to railway station, Clean Hygiene, The rooms are very hygienic and maintenance is really good, Has spacious Parking.
