Location - In a crowded market place, but has adequate parking in basement Reception - Staff were courteous, professional, accomodating and nice. Amenities - They had to be prompted to switch on AC, no complementary water was provided. TV, wifi, lift. Room - Spacious, comfortable Food - Was open to outside food through Zomato/ swiggy. Did not try complementary breakfast in package. Recommendation - Recommended.

Booked 2 rooms with breakfast but hotel staff denied for the breakfast.Also my room's TV is also not working I complained about that but the hotel staff didn't resolve it.Service is very poor also if I booked a room with breakfast then the hotel should provide it but they didn't care about the customer.

Hotel room is ok but not so much grand. Air conditioning is good in room. Maintenance is ok. Lift facility available and hot water geyser available in room. Bed linen is good. Manageable for 1 day stay. Reception team won't wake up even after 7.30am.

Worst experience ever! The receptionist asked money for unnecessary reason and if not agreed was behaving rudely, did not provide free breakfast which was included shown while booking
