Comfort Inn Emerald

I have experienced a 5 star service and stay at Emerald. Starting with the entry at reception a warm welcome by staff then the Dinner at night which was Biryani with rayta and Achar was the best. Served in the utensils and cutlery were so professional. We requested them to open the swimming pool at evening around 7, that was not the time to keep it open then also they made it open for us...Ande waiters and service staff was really professional at its best. Very polite and always helpful staff who made our stay more comfortable than we thought of. We wanted to stay back because of all these things , unfortunately got some emergency and left next day. But again they amazed us with the breakfast buffet. Each and every item of buffet was at its best. Though it was a buffet they served at table as well. What an incredible excellent service, staff, food and hotel. I would recommend everyone who wants to visit Dapoli please check in at Comfort in Emerald and have this pleasent experience of leaving there. Food, Staff, Service, Rooms, Cleanliness, Ambiance each and every thing you want for going on a family holiday, the hotel has taken all that care. Just awesome and amazing stay at Emerald. The place is exactly as given in the reviews. Whilst it's not located on one of the beaches and rather in the centre of town, it makes all of this up more than by its service. Each of the staff is at their best. The management is always around and looking into each and every aspect of the hotel which makes the service impeccable. The restaurant in the hotel is one of the best in town, I would fully recommend to at least have 1 meal in Dapoli at this place. Difficult to find cons with the place. The issue of the shower water spilling into the dry area was appraised to the management and they are already working on putting things in place to fix this. Kudos to the management and staff to make this one of the very few hotels that really lives up to its reviews and service quality. Definitely recommend booking this one unless you need a beach access property.

We were quite impressed with the hospitality provided by Comfort Inn staff. They surely stick to their name. We've been offered an excellent rates by them. It was completely worth. The rooms were super clean. Ameneties provided were upto the mark. Room service is always on time and prompt. Restaurant food is affordable and delicious. Special mention to the on desk Executive Mr. Saim Arai. He has an outrageous personality with extremely professional and welcoming attitude. It was great to know him. Overall, I would definitely rate our stay as 5/5 with whole package provided by Comfort Inn staff. They're the best in Dapoli accoding to me. Completely family friendly enviornment. Welcoming staff. Very warm and respectful. It was delight for our family to stay there and sure will be every people who visit them.

Comfort Inn Emerald gives you the feel of living in a vintage inn. The management is courteous and has given preference to every detail to ensure customers get a professional treatment at all times. The staff is polite and approachable. A special mention for Mr Dileep (manager) who interacts with every customer as a friend and makes your stay memorable. The Aqua restaurant serves fabulous food. Though a bit expensive, considering the service and the quality it is worth it. The hotel is located in the city with good access to all the good tourist sites. Overall our stay was fabulous and I would highly recommend Comfort Inn Emerald to all tourists.
