this was my second time at this hotel. iss baar bhi same wahi problem face ki jo lst time ki thi, tv not working, wifi not working,room service bakwass ,ek cheez k liye bahut baar recall karana padta hai, location wise it is very good. breakfast buffet is good. Plz staff ko training dijiye customer se kaise deal krte hai. 3 star hotel hai aur tarrif bahut hight hai.i m a regular traveller. aur mere travelling experience k hisaab se iska tarrif 2k se jyada nahi hona chahiye with tax.

The hotel and the infrastructure was good, but there were some things which could be improved. And all these are specific to the room which I stayed in, so can't be generalized. Example- The lights above the mirror in the bathroom weren't working which made it difficult to shave; during my stay it rained but some water came into my room through the balcony door; IMPORTANTLY- the TV was not a smartTV, and there were only 5-10 channels on it which worked.

We had pleasant stay here. Staff is very good and humble. Services are superb. Food quality and taste is just amazing. Restaurant staff is very humble and they have excellent cook I believe. Overall I think it's one of the best hotel to stay in Lakhimpur.
