i bumped into comfort inn, one of the few hotels with splendid rating. what was left to wait for then! booked it on spot. ibibo gave me a decent discount. worried about parking? well i would say you should not! the hotel offers top-notch amenities one of which is free parking. a valet waiting for you in case you don’t have a knack for parking in a tight spot, a guard at the gate for welcoming you and much more. as soon as i parked, one of the staff members came running to me to collect my baggage. went to the front desk to enquire about my room and i must say that the process was hassle free. they greeted me really well. very hospitable they were. took a lift and reached my room in no time. who doesn’t get famished after a long journey! around 7 o’clock i went down to have dinner in the sky lounge, a resplendent dine-in area inside the hotel. astounded by the view. the thermal plant was clearly visible from there. for a wee bit let’s keep the view aside and talk about the comportment of staff. i have never seen such friendly staff in my entire lifetime. fyi, i am not over exaggerating. met pramodh ji and a guy named manhas there. people who know the real meaning of good conduct. mom and i got treated like relatives. and how can i forget about the food part! ordered shahi paneer, pineapple raita, dim sums, and a few breads. the food was cooked to perfection, especially paneer. never had anything like that in my life before. the breads were like cotton. dissolved as soon as ingested. for me, it was an experience of a lifetime. everything ranging from the amenities to the food was transcendent. housekeeping staff was exceptional. pardon me if i am being redundant. breakfast was scrumptious. i was supposed to check out at 11:00 but they allowed me till 3 o’clock. i was a bit caught up in something and got late due to that. no one in the world can be that benevolent. was accompanied by pramodh ji as i was exiting the hotel. last but not least, if you are seeking a comfortable and reliable stay, do consider comfort inn.

Easy check in. Cooperating Staff. Quick Service. Good Food. A must try. Easily Approachable. Breakfast Spread is nice. Only the drawback is no popular channels like star plus, Sony or hindi/English music channels are subscribed which creates boredom for single Travellers. As the Travellers are not only from punjab butcan be from other hindi speaking areas Very safe n friendly environment
