I had a highly disappointing experience during my stay at this hotel. The room service was extremely bad, with staff outright declining reasonable requests. Despite booking an extra person in the room and paying extra for the bed, we were denied additional blankets and bedsheets during the cold season. The room service staff was rude and unprofessional, with one person blatantly stating, “No, I will not give you an extra blanket.” The receptionist was equally uncooperative, failing to fulfill their promise of providing a simple breakfast parcel for our early morning checkout at 6 AM. Additionally, the room was extremely unhygienic, with cockroaches spotted, making the stay uncomfortable and unpleasant. Overall, the cleanliness and management left a lot to be desired. Restaurant: The only redeeming factor of this establishment was the restaurant downstairs. The food was good, and the staff was cooperative and courteous, providing a sharp contrast to the poor experience upstairs. Final Verdict: While the restaurant offers a decent dining experience, the overall stay at this hotel was terrible. I wouldn’t recommend staying here unless there’s a significant improvement in service, cleanliness, and management.

room size is sufficient.. all is good and working.. booked for 3p as showing accommodation for 4P, i considered that 4 can be allowed. but reception person charged for 4th person. it is ok but he has insisted to pay in cash. I asked for payment by gpay or card. he has shown excuses. I paid in cash. I think that cash gone to his pocket and not to hotel account.. hotel is awesome.. food is average and costly if compared to price..

Excellent ambience, spacious room, courteous staff prompt service. Value for money. Must try. Service staffs needs more grooming. Regarding food, paid breakfast option is very much limited. Regarding normal food, one will find same type gravy for vindi masala, aloo matar, aloo Gobi.

The location is good and is on the mehsana highway close to Unjha, the room was good but the the washroom had a bad odour which stayed and did not go no matter what. That was the only negative but otherwise the hotel room and the services were good
